Inmates can receive mail while they are at the Yuma County Juvenile Detention. All mail will be delivered to the inmates Monday through Friday. There is no weekend delivery. Mail will not be delivered to inmates that cannot show their jail identification armband.

All regular mail will be opened before being given to inmates to remove money and any other contraband. However, legal mail meaning mail coming from legal counsel will be untouched as it will be opened in front of the inmate.

Money can be sent to the Yuma County Juvenile Detention for inmates to use for the commissary.
