JPay is a site that allows friends and family members of the inmate to deposit money online using their credit or debit card. The funds will be in the inmate’s account much faster rather than sending a money order or a cashier’s check.

Visitation

Inmates in the Okaloosa County Jail can receive visitors. Keep in mind that all visitors under the age of 18 will are permitted to visit, but they will need to be accompanied by their legal guardian. All visitors will be required to present either their driver’s license, state identification card, or their United States Passport, before being permitted to visit. 

Remember, all your personal belongings will be required to stay in your car. No personal belongings will be permitted to be in the visitation area. 

All visits in the Okaloosa County Jail will be no-contact video visits. This means you will only be able to see the inmate on a computer screen. You will not be able to see them in person. 

The Okaloosa County Jail offers video visits from the jail or remote (from home). If you choose the remote option, you will be responsible for having all the necessary equipment, such as a computer, webcam, and high-speed internet.
