All mail will need to be delivered by United States Postal Service. If mail is sent by another courier, it will be refused.
Inmates shall not be permitted to receive routine mail in boxes, padded envelopes, plastic bags, multi-layer packaging, envelopes that include metal parts, any package containing bubble wrap or packing peanuts, or card stock type envelopes (i.e. U.S. Mail Priority or U.S. Mail Express cardboard type).

Before one can visit an inmate in the Bell County Forestry Camp, they will need to fill out the visitors application that can be found here. The prison itself will NOT notify you of your denial or approval the inmate will. Keep in contact with them while you wait.

The visiting starts in first in, first out type of fashion. No new visitors will be allowed in 45 minutes before the end of the visit day. 45 minutes before the end of the visit day officers start escorting those who were first in out of the visitor room.
