Sending Money

Inmates are available to receive money for their commissary, where they can purchase food, pens, paper, and other personal belongings. You can send it online using JPay. The fees are anywhere from $2.95-$9.95. It all depends on how much you are sending to the inmate.

Phone calls

There are two ways offenders can contact you while serving time in Women's Reentry Center. They can either call collect, or through Global Tel Link (GTL).

All calls are limited to twenty minutes and are subjected to being monitored and recorded. There will be no call forwarding or three-way calling.
Inmates are only allowed to have 15 telephone numbers on their call list.

Inmates do not have access to the internet at the Women's Reentry Center, however, they still have access to their JPay account.

You can send them emails through the JPay system. Inmates will be able to check their emails when they check their account balances through JPay.

Keep in mind, sending these emails are not free. There is a fee that is involved with them.


When you fund an inmate’s account, it allows them to be able to shop at the commissary.

At the commissary they can buy all sorts of things such as junk food, regular food, clothing, entertainment, personal hygiene products, and much more.

There is a limit of how much an inmate can purchase per week and per month.

The commissary is open one day a week.

The visiting starts in first in, first out type of fashion. No new visitors will be allowed in 45 minutes before the end of the visit day. 45 minutes before the end of the visit day officers start escorting those who were first in out of the visitor room.

While inmates are at Women's Reentry Center, they have access to a number of services during their stay. They will be able to take advantage of mental health treatments, dental, and medical services.

They can also enroll in vocational and educational training while doing their time too.

Women's Reentry Center also offers reentry programs for those inmates that are getting close to being released.
