The NYC DOC – Rikers Island – Eric M. Taylor Center (EMFC) has a contract with Securus Technologies for their video visitation needs. Visitors must schedule an appointment to have a video visitation with an inmate.

Visitation is only permitted for 20 minutes. Visitors will need to register with Securus Technologies 24 hours in advance of their visitation appointment. Visitation must be done from a computer, no smartphones or tablets allowed.
