RRM Raleigh is commonly known as the Raleigh Residential Reentry Management. Raleigh Residential Reentry Management is one out of twenty-five facilities throughout the United States. The facility is operated and managed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The Raleigh Residential Reentry Management also serves the United States Marshals Service, federal courts, local corrections, and state corrections.
The main goal for the Raleigh Residential Reentry Management is to help transition inmates from prison life back into the community seamlessly and effortlessly.

Inmates can also receive letters from their loved ones back home. Letters are a great encouragement in the Raleigh Residential Reentry Management. It is a great support system on the outside.
While inmates are in Raleigh Residential Reentry Management, they can also receive books, magazines, and newspapers from the publisher. These items cannot be shipped from home. All incoming books are required to be paperback, not hardcover.

Each inmate can be placed in a few housing locations. You will have to get in contact with the RRM Supervisor of the inmate to get information on where you can send money.

The visitors will need to head on over to the official website for the Federal Bureau of Prisons to fill out the visitor form. The entire process for the visitor form can take up to a month before you know, if you are accepted or not. Visitors with felons will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Visitors under the age of 16, will need to be accompanied by their legal guardian. They will not be able to visit an inmate alone.
Visitors should leave all their personal belongings inside their vehicle. The only thing they will need is either their driver’s license or their state identification card.

The visiting starts in first in, first out type of fashion. No new visitors will be allowed in 45 minutes before the end of the visit day. 45 minutes before the end of the visit day officers start escorting those who were first in out of the visitor room.

With the RRM Raleigh a reentry and treatment facility, it has no security level. The only asked of the individuals here is their compliance with the rules.
The RRM Raleigh is the last stop for offenders before they get fully released into society.

All these services offered are to prepare individuals for life outside of bars.
The Inmate Transition Branch provides more help for pre-released employment assistance. They hold mock job jails to allow individuals to brush up and practice their interview skills, along with also allowing the community recruiters to know what the inmates are bringing into the workforce.
Qualified offender will be able to apply to companies that have job opens. The Inmate Transition Branch will also help with the resume, certificates of completion, earning diploma, and other necessary documents needed for a successful job search and interview process.
Inmates that are housed in the Raleigh Residential Reentry Management are housed in dormitories. These dormitories are shared. Inmates will have to share their space with their fellow inmates. Inmates will have communal bathrooms and common areas.
Inmates are given three meals a day being breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Inmates can watch television in the common areas when they are not working or partaking in other programs that the Raleigh Residential Reentry Management.
Inmates at the Raleigh Residential Reentry Management have a handful of programs that they can participate in to help better themselves. They have educational courses, drug education classes, and release preparation classes.
