North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is responsible for keeping and maintaining an updated database of all inmates serving time in North Dakota state prisons.
The database is located on the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation website. You can search the database by the offenders last name or the first few letters of the last name. The database currently only holds those who are under the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation supervision, whether they are in prison, on parole, or probation.
However, the database does not include those inmates who are currently serving time in North Dakota’s city or county jails.
