The Pierce County Juvenile Detention Facility is a historic building in Tacoma, Washington. The purpose behind the building was to serve as the county jail.

You will need to go to JailATM.com. You will need to create an account, if you do not have one or you will need to be able to deposit funds into an inmate’s account. All major credit cards are accepted.
In the lobby of the Pierce County Juvenile Detention Facility, you will find kiosks. These kiosks are where you can deposit funds into an inmate’s account. You can deposit funds by a major credit card or cash.
In order to visit an inmate, you will need to schedule a visitation appointment online. If you cannot get to a computer, you can use the kiosk located in the Pierce County Juvenile Detention Facility.
Visitation appointments need to be scheduled 2 days in advance, but no more than 9 days in advance.
There is a limit to how many people can visit an inmate. Only two adults and two children can visit an inmate per visitation appointment. Everyone in the party must be listed with their information. All adults in the party must also have their government ID ready too.

The visiting starts in first in, first out type of fashion. No new visitors will be allowed in 45 minutes before the end of the visit day. 45 minutes before the end of the visit day officers start escorting those who were first in out of the visitor room.
