Money can be sent to the Carbon County Detention Facility for inmates to use for the commissary. However, when sending money to the Carbon County Detention Facility, you will need to use the United States Postal Service, and you can only use Postal Prepaid Money Orders, regular money orders, or government checks. However, cash, payroll checks, credit card numbers, and personal checks are not permitted.
Everything must be made payable to the Carbon County Detention Facility Commissary. The visiting starts in first in, first out type of fashion. No new visitors will be allowed in 45 minutes before the end of the visit day. 45 minutes before the end of the visit day officers start escorting those who were first in out of the visitor room.
